Support

A person reads every message.

One address answers everything — billing, bugs, questions about a number that looks wrong, beginner questions, and things you wish we had. We usually reply the same day, and always within 24 hours.

Get in touch

Where to send what.

Something is broken
Email [email protected] with your device and browser, what you did before it broke, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one. That is usually the difference between a fix today and a fix next week.
Billing and subscriptions
Plan changes, invoices, refunds and cancellations all start in the subscription tab of your settings — and if the answer is not there, [email protected] has it.
A number looks wrong
Tell us the stock, the screen and the time. We check questions like that against the actual trades rather than answering them from memory.
You are new and something is not clicking
Ask us. "What does this number mean" is a completely reasonable email and we would much rather answer it than have you guess. The beginner's page covers most of it, and we wrote it because people asked.
You want something we do not have
Feature requests go to the same address and are read by the people who build it. Several of the things on this site started as one.
API, MCP and webhooks
The reference lives at docs.optionomics.ai, and the developer console in your account shows every request, tool call and delivery attempt with the response it got.
Common questions

Answered already.

How do I get started?

Create an account, pick a plan, and the live market is on your screen. Fifteen years of history are there from the first minute — there is no warm-up period and nothing to wait for. If you are new to all of this, start on the beginner's page and with the free market board.

I am completely new. Where should I start?

With the free market board, before you pay for anything. Look at it once a day for a week so you learn what a normal day looks like — an unusual one only stands out against that. Then read our public track record. The beginner's page walks through the whole thing in order.

Which plan is which?

Four, each containing the one before it. Delta at $39 a month is the charts and the history. Gamma at $59 adds the live trades and alerts. Theta at $79 is the one that does the reading for you — trade ideas, daily write-ups and signals — and it is where most people start. Vega at $99 adds the API and the MCP server, and only matters if you write code.

How do I set up an alert?

Open Alerts, create one, and choose what you want watched and the conditions that matter — which stocks, how much money, how unusual. Then pick where you want to be told. Matches always reach the bell in the app; the channels are what happens as well.

How do notifications reach me?

In the app and on the web as they happen, and as push notifications on the iPhone and Android apps. Email, text message, Slack, Discord and your own webhook are available per alert, and every attempt is logged with the response it got.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your profile and settings are kept for 60 days in case you come back.

Where does the data come from?

Market data comes from established providers. The filings come straight from the SEC and from the House, Senate and ethics office records. What we sell on top of it is our own: the scoring, the ideas, the write-ups and the alerts.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. We are not investment advisers, nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and options can lose you everything you put into them. We sell research and faster information; the decision is always yours. The risk disclaimer spells this out in full.

Not a customer yet?

If you are still deciding, today's market board is open and the record of how our ideas turned out is public. Neither needs an account.
